It's alternating between raining and sleeting this morning and so I decided this would be a perfect day for baking. My dad had brought me some zucchini bread that he had grated and packaged up in bags and froze to be put in my freezer. How great is that? So this morning I looked through my recipe box till I found my favorite Zucchini Bread recipe and pulled out these cute little individual baking pans from the cabinet and went to work.
Won't these be great for my guests at The Gathering Place Bed and Breakfast? Just the right size for those not needing a whole big loaf and will go great with their morning coffee or afternoon snack.
There's just something about rainy days that put me in a baking mood!
