Getting prepared one class at a time...

I helped set up the Shelter Operations and Shelter Simulation class for the Red Cross yesterday and we had a great group attend. More and more people are beginning to realize the importance and necessity of being prepared for disasters such as ice storms, tornadoes, chemical spills and even earthquakes. If you get the opportunity to take a Red Cross class, please do so. And of course we like to see everyone become a Red Cross volunteer as well!

Good instructors make for good classes and Dennis was great!
We had a Chapter Response for Disaster class recently and the next class coming up will be a CPR/AED/First Aid training. Busy, Busy, Busy...
