First, it started raining and raining and then about 4:00 this evening as the temperature dropped it turned to sleet and ice. The wind is blowing like crazy. I think snow is expected to fall the rest of the night.
I'm thinking about my police officer son who goes on duty at 11:00 tonight and works till morning. While I am all warm and snug in my bed, he's out there driving the slick streets.
