CPR Training

We had a Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED class today. I hope I never have to use what we learned today but better to be trained and know what you are doing than be in a situation where you wish you knew it and didn't.
We had twelve people in the class. It was an all day class and we learned a lot.
Kathy and Greg were our instructors.

Here I am practicing rescue breaths.

Have to remember to take my finger off his nose so the air can exhale back out after blowing air in.
If you get a chance to take an American Red Cross CPR class, please do so. We can never have too many citizens knowing the proper way to administer CPR!
